The more I hear her sing the more I want to hear from her. She was infectious when she appeared with Timbaland on "The Way I Are" but since then "Energy" has energized my affection for her music."Hero" a song by Nas is another great eXample of how influential and talented she is appearing as slightly less than background Vocal and more as a part of the track; her sound is ear-takingly melodious. No offense Nas but I would much prefer this track as an instrumental. I'm eagerly anticipating her debut album. In the eVent you didn't recognise that lady playing the lead in Usher's "LoVe in this Club" video, yup it was her. Keri also made a non-vocal appearance in the video for Ne-Yo's latest single "Miss Independent".
For an eXtensiVe look at Ms. Hilson's many appearances and past credits check out her wikipedia page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keri_Hilson.

Toni Braxton and Alec Mazo will be Dancing with the Stars beginning MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 22 (8:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on ABC. I'm hoping she will win the competition. She has more than sufficient eXperience as a singer and dancer in her Las Vegas show.
Miss Braxton
Lance Bass from N Sync will also appear this season.
I discoVered this amazing trailer at work one day and got hooked. Patrick Wilson (from Hard Candy, Little Children) and Jackie Earle Haley (also in Little Children) are amazing actors. Really looking forward to watching this moVie. Hopefully it doesn't get tied up in court too long. In the mean time I'm going to read the graphic noVel.
"Rock With U" the 2nd single off Miss Jacks new album is my new favorite video. At 1st it came off as odd but 30 seconds into he video I was hooked. The dancers as decorative as they are, are all very talented. The song is very good and the video is on the same level. I like the way the choreography defined the song in it's own little way. My favorite scene is where she look all frass out from dancing and leave the dance floor and get kissed. Overall though it's an excellent job finally making me a real fan of Ms. J.
I came across this video at Marvel and I was convinced it's worthy of some spotlight so enjoy. The story and art from the Mythos are some of the best. Steve Rogers was always one of those compelling characters in the Marvel Universe. This story speaks a lot without any audio, just take a look and see, the visuals are simply amazing.
"WOLVERINE AND THE X-MEN" doesn't début on NICKTOONS until months away in 2009. However you lucky Comic-con attendees can view the THREE-PART PILOT at the SAN DIEGO COMIC-CON on SATURDAY [JUNE 28th] at 8:30PM PT in Room 6CDEF. The SUPERVISING PRODUCER CRAIG KYLE, HEAD WRITER GREG JOHNSON and others producers of the series will be there to promote their X-cellent cartoon. The first season of thie animated television series will be 26 episodes. television , you can be the first to see the
I cant wait for this show to commence. As I stated earlier, I know initially the spotlight will be on Wolverine [yawn ..... then coughs- overplayed] but I hope the focus mutates to some other character or characters, even X-23. So far, The x-plosive quantity of cameos, astonishing art, and changes in the plot have grasped my attention. I even miss Jean already but I think she'll show up sooner or later. I mean the Phoenix always rise again [assuming she died]. Emma should be an intreguing character. I'm looking forward to seeing a PG-13 version of her. The pacing is good as well, I think a lot of persons didn't like the fact that X-Men: Evolution was a bit slower. If the season finales are anything like Evolution then we got ourselves something x-treme going. The more trailers get released, the harder the wait becomes.
MAJOR SPOLIER ALERT!!! [This article contains important spoiler detaild below for Avatar season 3.]
Haven't heard about Nickolodeon's Avatar the Last Airbender? Where have you been living in the Earth's core?
Aang, Katara, Sokka, Toph and Zuko are the close friends, master benders and family of the Avatar. Aang is the Avatar that means he can control all the elements: fire, water, earth and air. The bending masters who are teaching him to master these elements are:
Katara - A descendant of the (endangered list) South Water Tribe, Katara is a great water bender. She discovered the Aang, along with her brother Sokka frozen near their home. Katara is the heart and soul of this little gang motivating them and always standing up for those who can't defend themselves. She's a woman way ahead of her time.
Toph - Toph is blind but her earth bending allows her to see through vibrations that connect with the earth. In addition there is no earth bender quite like Toph. He wealthy parents though she was a delicate flower but she battled in secret tournaments and eventually ran away to join the Avatar on his quest.
Zuko - Prince of the Fire Nation, he initially sought the Avatar to restore his honour. His mentor and uncle Iroh, appealed to Zuko's inner being to follow his true destiny. After accomplishing his task and returning home as a hero Zuko was not fulfilled. He later realised his purpose was to help the Avatar restor balance to the world.
Aang - Since being revived from his frozen state Aang is the sole surviving air bender. Thankfully he seems to be on top of air bending, he himself being a member of the Air Nomads.
Iroh - The once renowned general was imprisonedby his family because he supported the Avatar. Iroh escaped and we haven't heard from him since then. He's actually part of a group "The White Lotus" with the mission to restore order to the fire nation by overthrowin the current rulers.
I don't know about you guys but this book is out now and I can't wait to read it. This has been a very great X-Men title over the years. The only problem was that it was plagued by publishing delays. Joss Whedon (writer) and John Cassaday (artist) really outdid themselves on this book.
Cover to Giant-Sized Astonishing X-Men #1 featuring Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four and the Avengers.
Warren Ellis is writing and the Italian, Simone Bianchi is the new eXtremely talented artist with the upcoming issue 25. The new creative team is great and hopefully the book can go monthly without any more delays. Simone Bianchi is a great artist just what the book needs to keep the momentum. (Just look at his pages below) The initial Astonishing team consisted of: Armor -- New kid on the x-block Colossus -- Back from the dead Cyclops -- Great character but I hate his new costume Beast -- The most intelligent charismatic beast around Lockheed -- Kitty's fire breathing, pet dragon Shadowcat -- Our favorite intellectual, down to earth lovable phaser Wolverine -- He's on every team in the Marvel Universe by default The White Queen -- Everybody's favorite female dog
What I'm most looking forward to, excluding a Monthly publication:
Art from Bianchi
Characters - Storm -- African Queen of Wakanda and the mistress of weather Nightcrawler -- Finally the elf is back in the spotlight X-23 -- If it were up to me Wolverine would go and she would fill his space. The redundancy in not necesssary, besides I like her more. Armor -- I'm looking forward to seeing her evolution as a person and a mutant.
More Bianchi art. And Please a new Cyclops costume.
I was searching youtube for videos of one of my all time favorite band LFO. This lead to the discovery that Devin Lima the most talented singer from the trio now has his own band "Devin and the"The Cadbury Diesel". His upcoming album titled "Mozart Popart" comes from One Eleven Records. 1-11 Records is operated by Devin's former band mate and good friend Brad Fischetti.
A new era in music has arrived I'm not even sure how to classify this type of music: dancehall, reggae, pop, R&B? Tami is definitely doin her thing and it's just gettin better and better everytime. Just give some love to this Jamaican musical pioneer.
Over And Over Again
Simple and elegant! This song always leave you wanting more.
Hyperventilating
Hyperventilating [Director's Cut Version]
Raw sex appeal and incredible dancing to an outstanding song! If that doesn't make you hyperventilate then check your pulse, you must be dead. The sexiness level in this video was through the roof. Miss Chynn's dance skills can prove she's 100% Jamaican.
Tell Mi Seh
Tell Mi Seh [low quality]
I love dat bousy walk in the end.
Ice Breaker Riddim Medley
2:02 Tami certainly does represent in this medley, keeping the tempo and energy flowing. All the artists here deserve credit: Voice Mail, Wayne Marshall, Busy Signal, Jovi Rockwell, Cezar. This was a job well done.
Arguing (with Wayne Marshall)
Why can't we just get along?
Why (again with Wayne Marshall)
Why Tami nuh deh pan tv every day? She's too pretty not to be. If Tami was in a soap opera I would watch her portion of the show every day.
All On Me (with Sean Paul)
Not an official video but I love this song too much. She stole the show here even though she was supposed to just be a featured artist. If that's not talented skills then I don't know what is. [It could also be my bias towards her.]
Rock U (with Kid Kurup)
The video that started it all. A legend is born. Tami's unique talent, style, flair, fashion sense, beauty and dance moves were evident here too. Cameo: Tessanne Chin [Tami's little sister, with the BIG voice] @ 1:57.
Now if only "Looky Looky" and "1,2,3,4" had videos. I'm desperately awaiting the frozen video and her album release this summer.
"What goal in your life have you not yet accomplished? Don't underestimate yourself and more important don't let anyone create boundaries for you." B.A.Davis
In a nutshell: I wake up go to work where I grade websites [don't ask]. Then have classes. I occasionally listen to music throughout this period. If not I catch up on weekends along with whatever movie I feel like seeing. I also spend time with those special people in my life. I am always working on my greatest project aka me. I'm fun all the time, and creative with a little bit of a mad scientist in the mix.
